Hoachanas league resumes this weekend

REHOBOTH, 15 AUG (NAMPA) – The second weekend of the Hoachanas Development Trust Football League will resume this weekend, with rounds 3 and 4 scheduled to take place at the Dolam Stadium on Saturday and Sunday.
In fixtures provided by the league’s chairperson, Absalom |Hoxobeb, on Thursday, ||Goa-!Haob will hope to put last weekend’s humiliating 10-0 defeat against log leaders Stout Makers to bed when they face ||Khō-khoën at 11h00 on Saturday, followed by Black Stars locking horns with Bafana Eleven at 12h20.
SKW United will have a date with Stout Makers Football Club (FC) at 14H55, with Biwa Eleven confronting Sunrise FC at 15h00 in the penultimate match followed by ||Goa-!Haob concluding matters against Hoachanas Children Fund FC at 16h20.
The matches on Sunday will see Bafana Eleven face Hoachanas Children Fund FC at 11h00, SKW United battling it out with ||Khō-khoën at 12h20, while Sunrise will come up against Black Stars at 13h40.
Biwa Eleven will meet Stout Makers at 15h00, followed by the last match of the day between Bafana Eleven and ||Goa-!Haob at 16h20.
After two rounds of matches played Stout Makers lead the log with six points, followed by Biwa Eleven in second place with 4 points.
Bafana Eleven in third, ||Khō-khoën placed fourth, SKW United fifth and Sunrise sitting in sixth spot are all on three points, separated only by goal difference, while Hoachanas Children Fund FC occupies seventh position with two points, despite being the only team to have played three matches thus far.
Black Stars, with one match played, occupies the eighth spot with one point, with basement dwellers ||Goa-!Haob propping up the log in ninth spot with zero points.
