REHOBOTH, 10 APR (NAMPA) - The ||Kharas Region has announced its Under-20 football squad for The Namibian Newspaper Cup next weekend.
The tournament will take place at Mariental from 19 to 22 April and will see all 14 regions compete in what is the biggest youth tournament. Last year, the women’s Under-20 netball tournament was introduced to run concurrently with the football matches.
Regional Secretary, Emrico Blaauw said the team was selected on Saturday after the final trials were held in Keetmanshoop.
