Heavy rains for Zambezi and Kavango on Tuesday

WINDHOEK, 30 DEC (NAMPA) - The Namibia Meteorological Service (NMS) on Monday said heavy rainfall is expected over the Zambezi and Kavango East Regions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The weather forecast said the interior is expected to be fine and very hot on Tuesday, with partly cloudy intervals.
Elsewhere, it will be partly cloudy and hot with sporadic light showers.
The north-eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly cloudy and warm to hot with showers and thundershowers.
The weather at the coast will be partly cloudy and cool with morning fog patches, while the wind at the coast is expected to be moderate south-westerly to southerly.
Low tide is expected at Walvis Bay at 08h17 and 20h40, while high tide is expected at 14h34.
The highest temperatures are expected at Noordoewer in the South with 41 Degrees Celsius, while Keetmanshoop and Mariental can expect maximum temperatures of 40 Degrees Celsius each, and Aranos and Aroab will reach maximum temperatures of 38 Degrees Celsius each.
