Two people electrocuted at Okahandja

OTJIWARONGO, 04 MAR (NAMPA) – Two people died in the Okahandja district last week Thursday and Sunday respectively at their houses where they were electrocuted.
Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in the Otjozondjupa Region, Inspector Maureen Mbeha said the two deceased have been identified as 28-year-old Dina Paulus, and Sakaria Skrywer, 37.
Paulus was electrocuted on Thursday at Post Okamuina, east of Okahandja, while Skrywer died Sunday morning at Nau-Aib residential area in Okahandja.
Paulus and Skrywer were both electrocuted at their residential houses, and their bodies were discovered by family members.
“We suspect no foul play in both cases, and inquest dockets have been opened at the Okahandja Police Station,” Mbeha said.
Police investigations continue.
