WINDHOEK, 22 JAN (NAMPA) – Four residents from the Okuryangava informal settlement were on Monday released with a warning after making their first appearance at the Katutura Magistrate’s Court here on charges of assault and damage to property.
Emilia Simon, Tuhafeni Kamati, Wilhem Mapale and Ismael Kalundu were arrested on Saturday on charges of common assault, malicious damage to property and assault by threat.
The accused persons were arrested for alleged defamation of character and attempt to cause grievous bodily harm to the complaint.
