EKOLANAAMBO, 19 JAN (NAMPA) – Prime Health Namibia (PHN) has donated a photocopier, cartridges and paper to Panguleni Primary School in the Oshana Region.
While handing over the donation worth N.dollars 30 000, PHN Board Chairperson Jacob Nghifindaka also promised to donate a 5 000 litre water tank in the next financial year, to help address the water shortage at the school.
“The donation will help to facilitate the learning process for children at the school,” Nghifindaka said.
The school, established in 1996, has 264 learners and nine teachers.
School principal, Jesaya Kapenda said they are dealing with a number of other challenges such as a lack of computers and an overhead projector.
“The photocopier will, however, make our work easier,” Kapenda noted.
The education inspector for the Onamutai Circuit Hilma Nuunyango, on her part, expressed satisfaction with Panguleni Primary School’s performance.
