Otjozondjupa residents urged to attend land consultative meeting at Otjiwarongo

OTJIWARONGO, 20 JUL (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Land Reform has urged Otjozondjupa Region residents to attend to the two-day consultation on land issues at Otjiwarongo next Thursday and Friday.
The Ministry of Land Reform through the acting Otjozondjupa Chief Regional Officer, Simon Tsuseb on Friday issued a media statement saying the regional consultative meeting is being held in preparation for second National Land Conference.
The conference will take place in Windhoek in October this year.
“You are urged to attend the meeting since your input at this regional dialogue will be treated as resource material for the national land conference,” said Tsuseb.
He added that more information on the meeting can be obtained from the offices of the Ministry of Land Reform at Otjiwarongo.
The consultative meetings are being held throughout the country.
