WINDHOEK, 16 JUL (NAMPA) – The Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) on Monday started a five-week radio campaign to ensure that members are informed of their benefits.
This was announced by GIPF External Stakeholders’ Engagement Officer, Robyn Nakaambo in a statement issued on Monday.
“The aim is that the information shared will smoothen the benefits claiming process and help the fund to deliver effective customer services,” the statement said.
The campaign will be aired on the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation’s National Radio and Oshiwambo, Afrikaans and Otjiherero radio services.
“To complement the radio campaigns, we will release weekly editorials focused on the topics to be discussed on air on the respective radio stations,” GIPF said.
