Real Fighters not scared of Arrows: Coach

REHOBOTH, 19 MAR (NAMPA) – The ||Kharas Region’s representatives in the Debmarine Namibia Cup Round of 32, Real Fighters Football Club, said they are not afraid of Eleven Arrows and will fight to eliminate them.
The Keetmanshoop outfit, affectionately known as ‘Fighter Force’ by their fans, were drawn to play Namibian Premier League team Arrows in the next round slated for Windhoek this weekend.
Real Fighters coach, Collin Motinga on Monday told Nampa they will not back down.
“We are prepared for this game and will show the country we mean business. The players are fired up and fancy their chances against Arrows,” Motinga said.
He said something that counts in their favour is that they know how Arrows play but Arrows do not know their playing style.
“This will make it easier for us to take the game to them and beat them. We have studied every aspect of the game,” he said.
As ||Kharas Inland Second Division winners, Real Fighters were pitted against Coastal Stream winners Atlanta Bucks from Lüderitz in the regional play-offs, whom they defeated 3-0 to qualify for the competition proper in the Round of 32.
The Round of 32 matches will start in Windhoek and Tsumeb on Saturday.
