Khomas Debmarine elimination slated for Sam Nujoma Stadium

REHOBOTH, 26 FEB (NAMPA) – The Sam Nujoma Stadium will play host to the Debmarine Namibia Cup elimination round for the Khomas Second Division, scheduled to take place between 03 and 04 March in Windhoek.
The Debmarine Namibia Cup, the country’s biggest cup competition, kicks off across the country on 03 March, with clubs in the first and second divisions battling it out for places in the competition’s round of 32 to be played on the weekend of 23-24 March.
The draw was conducted on Sunday at the Sam Nujoma Stadium.
Eleven Champions Football Club (FC), which won the Khomas play-offs in 2017 against Impala Chiefs FC, will again face Chiefs in the repeat of last year’s final of the elimination round on Saturday.
The first round will be played on Saturday with the second round of the matches scheduled to continue on Sunday.
