Free transport for Nghidinwa memorial service and burial

RUNDU, 25 JAN (NAMPA) - Free transport will be provided for the public who want to attend the memorial service and burial of former Cabinet Minister Rosalia Nghidinwa.
Nghidinwa died in Windhoek on 14 January 2018.
A memorial service will be held at the Nkurenkuru Expo Site at 11h00 on Friday.
She will be buried at the Nkurenkuru Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (ELCIN) cemetery Saturday. The burial starts at 06h00.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Information and Communication on Thursday said the public will be offered free transport to Nkurenkuru.
Municipal buses will as from 06h00 on Friday start picking people up from the Mururani bus stop; Katjinakatji bus stop; Ncamagoro bus stop; Mile 20 bus stop; Mile 10 bus stop; the Engen Service Station in Rundu; the Mupini bus stop; Kapako bus stop; Bunya Combined School bus stop; Muveve Supermarket; Rupara Check In Supermarket; Nzinze bus stop; Tondoro Supermarket; Nankudu at Epos; the Kahenge bus stop at the police station and the Kanuni Haruwodi Combined School in Mayara.
As from 09h00, the buses will start picking people up from Mpungu Check In Supermarket; by the road at Zone; the Katwitwi Check In Supermarket; the Mbambi bus stop and at the turn from the main road to Simanya Combined School.
On Saturday, buses will start picking people up from 04h00 at the Rupara Check-In Supermarket; Tondoro Supermarket; Nankudu at Epos; the Kahenge bus stop and Kanuni Haruwodi Combined School at Mayara.
A second route for Mpungu will start at 04h00 in the morning. Pick-ups will be done at the Mpungu Check In Supermarket; by the main road at Zone; the Katwitwi Check In Supermarket; Mbambi bus stop and at the turn-off of Simanya Combined School.
There will also be an additional route from Rundu from 04h00 in the morning at the Engen Service Station.
