Struggle kid hit by car and admitted to Lady Pohamba

WINDHOEK, 14 MAY (NAMPA) - A struggle kid was admitted to the Lady Pohamba Hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a vehicle on the Western Bypass near Brakewater on Saturday.
The incident was confirmed by Namibian Police Force Head of Public Relations Division, Chief Inspector Kauna Shikwambi, who said the accident happened around 19h45.
She explained the pedestrian, identified as Samuel Shaningua aged 30, and a group of other struggle kids were coming from Mix Settlement and while crossing the Western Bypass from east to the west, Shaningua was hit by a sedan.
“The driver was coming from Okahandja going to Windhoek,” said Shikwambi.
No arrests have been made and police investigations continue.
