NC launches Customer Service Charter

WINDHOEK, 11 MAY (NAMPA) The National Council (NC) on Wednesday launched its Customer Service Charter, which is aimed at improving its service delivery to the public.
The charter serves as a tool to consolidate the work of the council and establish a culture of strong service delivery within Parliament.
Secretary for the NC, Emilia Mkusa told Nampa after the launch, service delivery to the general public could be through electronic means, in person or via telephone.
The charter is our way of giving feedback to the public on our performance as we are aspiring to improve on our customer service, Mkusa stated.
The charter furthermore commits to assist visitors to the NC with understanding the work of Parliament.
It will be uploaded to the NCs website to make it easily accessible for the public.
The National Council staff and the Office of the Prime Ministers Department of Public Service Management produced the Customer Service Charter.
