Pick-up stolen in Tsumeb

OSHAKATI, 27 MAR (NAMPA) – A pick-up was stolen in Tsumeb’s Nomtsoub residential area in the early morning hours of Monday.
Oshikoto Regional Police Deputy Crime Investigations Coordinator Chief Inspector, Edna Nawa told Nampa on Monday the owner of the vehicle, Reinhold Barasius, said the vehicle was stolen between 02h00 and 03h30.
The white Toyota with registration N7297SH, was allegedly parked inside a neighbour’s yard at the time of the theft.
The police said judging by the shoe prints, two people pushed the pick-up out of the yard.
No arrests have been made yet and police investigations continue.
