RHB Murder accused to spend Christmas behind bars

REHOBOTH, 20 DEC (NAMPA) – A 26-year-old woman accused of killing her 17-year-old sister in Rehoboth’s Sonder Water informal settlement on Sunday, will be spending her festive season in police holding cells.
The case of Roseline Skrywer was on Tuesday postponed to 10 January 2017 for further police investigations and for her to acquire legal representation.
Roseline allegedly stabbed Sarah Skrywer to death over a man.
She made her first appearance on Monday before Magistrate Andre Matulitch on a charge of murder.
According to the police, Roseline allegedly chased Sarah from the family home and stabbed her in the chest, resulting in her sudden death.
Roseline on Tuesday informed the court that she will make use of a state-funded lawyer.
Prosecutor Victor Mutumbulwa appeared for the State.
