BUNYA, 16 NOV (NAMPA) – A 35-year-old woman sustained serious injuries on her head when her husband accidentally chopped her with an axe in the process of defending her from her brother in the Bunya Village last Tuesday.
Deputy Commissioner of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in Kavango West Region, Uaakisa Ndjavera told Nampa on Wednesday the victim has been identified as Bertha Liyawo.
The incident took place at about 22h00.
