Municipal worker found dead in his car at Otjomuise

WINDHOEK, 10 NOV (NAMPA) - A young Windhoek Municipality sub-contractor was found dead in his vehicle parked under a tree along Dehli Street in the Otjomuise residential area on Tuesday evening.
Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force, Inspector Slogan Matheus told Nampa on Thursday morning Frans Mathias, 27, was found dead at about 20h00.
Mathias was responsible for water disconnections and re-connections in residential areas in the capital.
The deceased was seen in the morning doing water disconnections at houses there. When his car was still parked under the tree by Tuesday evening, residents from the nearby houses went to check on him and found him dead inside.
His next of kin are already informed and police investigations into the matter continue.
