WINDHOEK, 02 OCT (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob will provide a full report of his 24-day trip to the United States of America (USA) on Wednesday.
He informed members of the media of his intentions upon his arrival back in Namibia with First Lady Monica Geingos on Sunday at Eros Airport.
Geingob told the media he wanted to do things “systematically and in an organised manner,” and thus preferred not to comment on his trip until Wednesday, when he will provide a full report.
The Head of State’s 24-day visit to the USA amongst others saw him address the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on 22 September 2016.
Several bilateral meetings and receptions were held during his trip on the sidelines of the UNGA, as well as a series of meetings with the American business fraternity.
