WINDHOEK, 21 FEB (NAMPA) - The Namibia Fuel and Allied Workers Union (NAFAWU) will hold a national congress at Oshakati next month to elect its leadership for the next five years.
The congress will take place on 04 March.
It will be held under the theme ‘Change the system of working poor at service stations’.
The current leadership's term ended in December 2015.
NAFAWU Secretary-General David Frans said in a media statement issued on Friday the congress will only be attended by delegates selected as per the union's constitution, and only members who meet its criteria will be allowed to participate at the congress.
Only 28 delegates will represent their constituencies at next month's congress.
