NSFAF sponsors 22 students to study in Zimbabwe
The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (Nsfaf) has awarded funds to 22 students to further their studies in hospitality in Zimbabwe.
The beneficiaries will study international hospitality management and culinary arts.
NSFAF will allocate US$200 (roughly N$2400.00) per month to each student recurent expenses. The fund will also cover tuition fees, medical insurance, accommodation, visa application and processing.
Officials will be send by NSFAF to accompany the students to Zimbabwe, and facilitate their travel, assist with study permit application and help them meet relevant people that will be in charge of the students. The Namibia Embassy in Zimbabwe will be the custodian of the students, while on study.
“As the Fund we are convinced that by the time these students are completing their studies they will be ready to find employment in Namibia,” say Percy Tjahere, senior marketing manager.
