Trepper then extended an invitation to unemployed youth in the constituency to approach his office for assistance to start businesses.
One of the beneficiaries, Willem Cloete, said he is pleased with the support they received from the councillor.
I am very happy, especially for a disabled person like me who is bound in a wheelchair. This will enable me to work at home and make a living from this machine, said a jubilant Cloete.
He received a welding machine, and will use it to fabricate things like tables, gates and flower pots.
