Okakarara and Okahandja hospitals welcome Xmas babies

WINDHOEK, 26 DEC (NAMPA) – Two babies were born in the Okakarara and Okahandja State hospitals in the Otjozondjupa Region on Christmas Day.
Okakarara Registered Nurse and Midwife, Etuna Shukwanyama told Nampa on enquiry Friday that a baby boy was born around 10h00 on Thursday.
“We were so happy to receive him on Christmas Day,” she said.
Two babies were born in that hospital on 25 December 2013.
Meanwhile, Nurse and Midwife for the Okahandja State Hospital, Jessica Garo!oas said a girl was born exactly 10 minutes before Christmas Day ended.
