Other Party Presidents

SWANU president, Usutuaije Maamberua cast his vote at the University of Namibia Main campus at 7h00 this morning. He told The Villager that he was not satisfied with the lighting in the venue.

"The Place is dark, so now the officers have to use that small torch that they are using on the finger print machine to light up in the ballot box. So now your vote is not your secret because an officer has to stand there with you to provide light" Maamberua said.

DTA president, McHenry Venani cast his vote at Baines in Pioneers Park and he too reported a glitch because when he cast his vote, the alarm to indicate that a vote has been cast did not go off. He was however assured by ECN staff that his vote has been cast.

More glitches...
