TransNamib appoints acting CEO

Trans Namib Board has appointed Hippy Tjivikua as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the parastatal The Villager understands.
This follows the suspension of Chief Executive Officer for failing insubordination. A short statement released by Corporate Communications representative Ailly Angula confirms the suspension of Naanda but does not give much detail.
Naanda will be suspended indefinitely although not much detail is being released.
The Villager can also confirm from investigations that Naanda has been suspended with her full benefits to allow the new board to do their investigations.
Naanda becomes the third CEO to be suspended from the parastatal after Acting CEO Eugenia Tjaronda was also sent out after former substantive CEO Titus Haimbili suffered the same fate a few years back.
