The project is to host the first Namibian Customer Service Awards & Conference (NCSA&C).The date and venue of this event will be 3-5 November 2014 (with the gala Awards evening on the 5th) at The School of Health and Applied Sciences, Polytechnic of Namibia.
The aims of the project are:
To start a conversation in Namibia about the importance of excellent customer service
To raise awareness about the opportunities and benefits that a culture of excellent customer service can bring to Namibia
To initiate a customer service movement, not just an event.
