RDP national mega rallies in November: Nambinga

WINDHOEK, 06 OCT (NAMPA) - The Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP) will hold its national mega rallies in preparation of the 2014 general elections next month.
The opposition party's rallies will be held on 15 November this year, and these rallies will be taking place concurrently in all Namibia's 14 regions.
This was officially announced by the RDP Secretary for Information Jeremia Nambinga in a media statement availed to Nampa on Monday morning.
According to Nambinga, some country-wide meetings and discussions are in the pipeline for the next few weeks before 15 November, where the RDP leaders and communities will engage each other in deciding on the best course to resort to and the best ways possible to implement to achieve the desired outcomes for the development of the communities.
Namibians go to the polls to elect a new President and new members of the National Assembly on 28 November this year.
The voting process is set to take place for only one day, followed by the counting of the ballots cast and the official announcement of the final results.
