Opuwo NCCI Branch opened

OPUWO, 09 APR (NAMPA) A Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) branch was established here on 02 April this year.
Plans are now afoot for the Opuwo NCCI leadership to participate in the northern regions annual general meeting (AGM) in Ongwediva on Tuesday next week.
Chairperson of the Opuwo NCCI Branch, Kiery Kambonde, the owner of the Opuwo Mini Magic Discounters, said a team of seven members will represent the business community of Opuwo and surroundings at the AGM for the first time.
The seven NCCI Opuwo executive committee members were elected on 02 April.
They are Kambonde as chairperson, Rex Sheehama as vice-chairperson, Victor Simon as secretary, and four additional members - Senobia Katjiuongua, Seblon Nghipangelwa, Dolly Ruiter and Immanuel Amukushu.
Speakers at the NCCI AGM at Ongwediva will include the Minister of Finance Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila and the Minister of Mines and Energy Isak Katali.
