The Ministry ofThe Ministry of Defense is hosting its first change of command parade at the Otjiwarongo 
 
Military Base this morning.
 
The new chief of defense, Lieutenant General John Mutwa, has replaced Lieutenant 
 
General Epaphras Denga Ndaitwah who had been entrusted with defending national 
 
territory and interests since 2011.
 
The event is, as we speak, being officiated by the Namibian Army Commander Major 
 
General Tomas Hamunyela at 4 Artillery Brigade where, amongst others, Lt. Gen. Mutwa, 
 
the Otjozondjupa regional governor, Samuel Nuuyoma and Otjiwarongo mayor, Hilda
